Join us for five Tuesday conversations with early career heads in years one to three of headship. Connect with peers who understand the complexity, pace, and weight of the role. Dr. Brett Jacobsen, president of SAIS, will facilitate a Zoom discussion group designed exclusively for heads in their first three years.

Rather than offering one size fits all solutions, these sessions are designed to help you think more clearly, surface the right questions, and learn alongside peers facing similar challenges.
