2026-27 Heads of Color Cohort

This multi-part virtual learning experience, facilitated by Jason Craige Harris, is designed for Heads of Color working in predominantly white schools and leadership environments. Established in the 2021–22 school year, this cohort remains a space for honest dialogue, meaningful connection, and continued leadership development.
