He'll talk about why momentum beats certainty, how the best ideas often reveal themselves through doing rather than planning, and what it actually looks like to move first and figure out the rest along the way.
Victor is co-author, with David Kelley, of The Shapeless Shape. He's spent the past 15 years building programs, tools, and teams that help people grow through transformative experiences — starting with The Leap Year Project, a self-designed master's program, and the founding of Experience Institute, where he now serves as Chairman.
