Introducing the Blueprint Sprint
A two-day, intensive experience designed specifically for independent school leadership teams, the Blueprint Sprint helps you turn strategy into measurable progress.
Assemble a team of 3-5 members.
Teams could include the head of school, leadership team members, trustees, division leaders, curriculum directors, grade-level leaders, etc.
Participant names are not required at the time of registration and will be collected approximately six weeks prior to the event.
Note: Each team will have dedicated space to focus on its own strategic work, with no cross-school collaboration, ensuring your time is well spent and your project remains distinct and independent.
Identify a pressing strategic priority from your school.
This could be an initiative, project, or challenge with the potential for significant impact that this team will address during the sprint.
