2027 HMEA Annual State Conference

The Hawaiʻi Music Educators Association seeks Session Proposals for the Annual State Conference during the 2026-2027 academic year. The 2027 HMEA Conference will be January 16-17, 2027, at Windward Community College. Submissions of Session Proposals will be accepted until Friday, September 4, 2026. The Hawaiʻi Music Educators Association (HMEA) invites all music educators, from current and retired teachers to collegiate students, to their annual state conference. This year’s theme is “Stronger Together: Building Musical Communities.” This professional development event offers a unique opportunity to connect with peers, gain new insights, and be inspired by leading clinicians from Hawaiʻi and across the nation.
