Each fall, Heads of School from across the Friends school community gather with Friends Council to begin the school year together. Before the pace of the year fully takes hold, we intentionally set aside time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with one another. This retreat offers space to deepen relationships, foster friendships, share the joys and challenges of Friends school leadership, and be reminded that none of us leads alone.
