- Learn core components of the independent school business model, including key revenue streams, expense drivers and the critical role of philanthropy.
- Gain practical experience in calculating and understanding net tuition revenue, understand the annual budget cycle and explore how academic initiatives directly impact financial outcomes.
- Be equipped to build stronger partnerships with their business office and to identify strategic levers to ensure financial health while advancing their school's mission.
- Build confidence to engage meaningfully in strategic financial conversations, ask insightful questions of their business officers, and ultimately make mission-aligned decisions that ensure their school's long-term sustainability.
