What Does a Day at the Institute Look Like?
The five-day institute will include a range of interactive, experiential workshops, some of which will be shared by all participants, and others that will allow for variety and choice. No one day at the Institute is the same, but every day shares some common themes.
Each day, you will have protected free time to reflect, synthesize, and build community with other attendees. This allows the days to feel invigorating but not overscheduled, and for you to have time to care for mind and body.
