With extensive experience supporting school climates, she specializes in restorative practices, bullying prevention, and character education. Jo Ann provides professional development to schools and organizations across the country, training teachers and administrators on essential restorative practices, violence prevention, professional ethics, and fostering strong school, family, and community partnerships. She serves on the leadership team of the National School Climate Council and has contributed her expertise to a statewide task force on bullying prevention.
