About this event
An experiential workshop for BIPOC women leaders ready to name the patterns holding them back and reconnect with the values that make leadership sustainable. Many women of color leaders carry an invisible weight: the pressure to overperform, the need to prove competence over and over, the constant experience of being second-guessed. Over time, this shows up as burnout, self-doubt, and disconnection from the purpose that drew them to leadership in the first place. Through guided reflection and conversation, participants name how these patterns show up in their own leadership and reframe burnout as a survival strategy, not a reflection of their worth. They reconnect with the values present in their best leadership moments, and leave with real clarity on what it takes to lead from their values more often.
