Annemarie Johnson is an outstanding international presenter, literacy consultant, reading specialist, and highly experienced teacher. In her extensive work with educators and students, she is passionate about modeling the most effective strategies and best practices for teaching readers the skills they need to build success and fall in love with reading! Annemarie is known for presenting highly practical, research-based strategies that work. Her SOR sessions are filled with ideas and strategies you can easily implement the very next day— no matter what reading program you use.

Heather Kenny is a dynamic Science of Reading (SOR) expert and national SOR presenter. With over 25 years in education, she has served as a classroom teacher and reading tutor. Heather works closely with schools and districts to support teachers in implementing practical, science-based instructional techniques that benefit all students. Heather understands the challenges that today's educators face as they strive to address the needs of all readers. Her sessions empower teachers with knowledge, skills, and practical applications of the most current Science of Reading research.

Kristen Large is a knowledgeable Reading Specialist and an enthusiastic national presenter with a passion for helping all children become successful readers. Kristen has a wealth of Science of Reading ideas and strategies to share with you and your school team. Her sessions are highly practical, interactive, and filled with strategies and ideas you can use in your classroom or district. You will leave Kristen's sessions inspired by her creativity and enthusiasm, and an array of highly effective strategies you'll be able to use immediately.

Comprehensive Digital Resource Handbook You will receive an extensive digital resource handbook, specifically designed for this conference. Included in the handbook are resource materials for ALL conference sessions, even those you don't attend. These materials include:

Semester Credit Option Up to four graduate level professional development credits are available with an additional fee and completion of follow-up practicum activities. Details for direct enrollment with University of Massachusetts Global, a nonprofit affiliate, will be available at this program.

Meet Inservice Requirements Participants of both the Live Online Seminar and those completing the Recorded Version online can receive a certificate of participation that may be used to verify five continuing education hours.
